Italy!

Hello, Everyone! Nick and I leave for Italy on Friday. We are almost packed and ready. Below you will find our itinerary. We will try to post a few times throughout our trip and will write a full trip report with pictures when we return.

Our Italy Trip-April 2009

Friday, April 3rd-Leave Atlanta at 4:30 p.m.
Saturday, April 4th-Arrive in Rome around noon, check in to hotel, Vatican area
Sunday, April 5th-Rome full day sightseeing with private guide
Monday, April 6th-Train to Florence, rent car, drive to Siena (Agriturismo Marciano: http://www.agriturismomarciano.it/index_en.html), sightsee and dinner in Siena
Tuesday, April 7th-Sightsee Florence
Wednesday, April 8th-Wine Tour Castello Banfi in Montalcino, Chianti Region
Thursday, April 9th-Explore Tuscany by car: San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa (and leaning tower)
Friday, April 10th-Train to Venice, sightsee
Saturday, April 11th-1/2 day Sightseeing tour Venice
Sunday, April 12th-Fly back to Atlanta :(
